Call Back Policy
Callers may be required to leave a message when accessing any of the L.P.I. Legal Service Offices or an L.P.I. referral lawyer. Should this be the case, we strive to have the calls returned within 24 hours, during regular business hours.
Refund Policy
Full refund will be provided if requestd within 30 days of purchase only if no plan services have been used.
Deal directly with professional lawyers in Canada
Providing accurate return telephone numbers - work and residence including area code - and when you will be available at each location will increase our ability to have calls returned within the 24 hour time period.
Due to the confidential nature of most legal matters, our lawyers will not leave a message or voice message unless instructed by the Member to do so.
Customer Dispute Resolution
Members deal directly with the L.P.I. network lawyer for legal services. All lawyers are committed to a high quality of personal service and are in good standing with the relevant Provincial Law Society. If a dispute should arise, Members are encouraged to contact us, (L.P.I.) directly at 1-866-660-6628 and one of our customer service representatives will investigate the situation.
