What is L.P.I. LawNET™?

Preliminary telephone guidance can help you understand your rights and options and how best to deal with potential legal issues. L.P.I. LawNET™ gives members easy, toll-free access to preliminary telephone legal guidance from an experienced lawyer-- unlimited calls per year at no cost per call. (One call per matter). 

When more that telephone legal guidance is needed and you need to retain a lawyer, the L.P.I. LawNET™ membership also provides for discounted legal fee rates for referral services to our national-wide network of professional law firms. Members will have access to a pre-set list of commonly used legal services at discounted rates, ranging from 25-60%.

L.P.I. LawNET™ is a $180.00/year value – but   L.P.I. is providing it to OPSEU members for only $135.00/year (plus applicable tax). 

Why Have L.P.I. LawNET™?

What if You Need to Hire a Lawyer?

If your situation calls for more than telephone guidance, you can purchase an upgrade to one of L.P.I.'s enhanced legal assistance plans.

These L.P.I. LawNET™ plans give you access to L.P.I.'s network of experienced lawyers in communities across Canada, and can save you up to 60% on legal fees.

Many of the most commonly used legal services are provided on a preferred, fixed-fee basis. For other services, L.P.I. has negotiated preferred hourly rates for members.
